We hope you never find the need to complain about the services we offer, but in the unlikely event that you do, please follow the process below to raise your complaint;
1. Please raise the complaint in the first instance with our representive who you have been working with, as we always aim to resolve any issues where possible at the first point of contact. Your complaint will be repsonded to within three working days.
2. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, please place your complaint in writing to either Chris Peart, Barbara Hopper or Victoria Peart and email this to info@keyholeresidential.co.uk or write to; 20 Sandray Close, Birtley. DH3 2HJ. Your complaint will be handled within 14 working days and you will receive a written outcome within this time.
3. If you are still not satisfied with our final viewpoint (or more than 8 weeks has elapsed since the complaint was first made) you can request an independent review from The Property Ombudsman without charge. You will need to submit your complaint to The Property Ombudsman within 12 months from the date of our final viewpoint, including any evidence to support your case.
